Be careful of people who try to trick you into doing something you shouldn’t or don’t feel comfortable doing, like keeping secrets from people who care about you. Tell someone you trust right away if you are uncomfortable, scared or just not sure!

A safe adult is someone who you can tell your worries to and makes you feel safe.

Remember you have the right to love both your parents even if they don’t love each other anymore. Ask them to help you stay in contact with your other parent, family member, or friend you miss.
